ဝန်ထမ်းအချက်အလက် — အမည်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ အီးမေးလ်၊ တာဝန် (role) နှင့် ဆိုင်ခွဲ။ သင့်အကောင့်ကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဖန်တီးပေးသည်ဖြစ်၍ သင်ကိုယ်တိုင် စာရင်းသွင်းရန် မလိုပါ။

Staff account details — your name, phone number, email address, role and branch. We create the account; you do not register yourself.

ပါဆယ်မှတ်တမ်း — ပေးပို့သူ နှင့် လက်ခံသူ၏ အမည်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်၊ လိပ်စာ၊ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းအမျိုးအစား၊ အလေးချိန် နှင့် အတိုင်းအတာ။ ဤအချက်အလက်ကို ဝန်ထမ်းက ကောင်တာတွင် ရိုက်ထည့်ပါသည်။

Parcel records — sender and recipient name, phone number and address, the goods declared, weight and dimensions. Staff enter these at the counter on the customer's behalf in order to carry the shipment.

ဓာတ်ပုံ — ပါဆယ်၏ အခြေအနေ၊ ပက်ကင် သို့မဟုတ် ပျက်စီးမှုကို အတည်ပြုရန် ရိုက်သည့် ဓာတ်ပုံများ။

Photographs — pictures of a parcel taken as proof of its condition, packing, handover or damage.

တည်နေရာ — ဒရိုင်ဘာတစ်ဦး ပို့ဆောင်လမ်းကြောင်း (run) လုပ်နေစဉ် မြေပုံပေါ် အမှတ်ပြရန် စက်၏ တည်နေရာ။ အက်ပ်ကို အသုံးပြုနေစဉ်သာ ဖတ်ပါသည်၊ နောက်ကွယ်မှ မလိုက်ကြည့်ပါ။

Location — a driver's device location, read while the app is open so stops and the current position can be shown on the map. We do not track location in the background, and we do not read location for counter or agent roles.

စက်အချက်အလက် — အကြောင်းကြားချက်ပို့ရန် push token၊ စက်အမည် နှင့် အက်ပ်ဗားရှင်း။

Device information — a push notification token, a device label and the app version, so notices reach the right phone and we can tell which build a problem came from.

No advertising identifiers, ad networks, social media logins, your contact list, your photo library beyond the pictures you take for a parcel, microphone audio, or payment card details. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Solely to accept, ship, track and deliver cargo; to hand work between staff; to answer a customer asking where a parcel is; and to meet accounting and customs record-keeping obligations. We do not sell or rent any of it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Only with parties needed to actually move the shipment: carriers, airlines or shipping lines, customs brokers, and the partner agent handling the parcel at the other end. We also share with government authorities where the law of Korea or Myanmar requires it.

We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications and a hosting provider to run the server. They process data on our instructions as service providers, not for their own purposes.

Parcel and shipment records: 5 years, as accounting and customs rules require. Parcel photographs: 2 years after delivery. Staff accounts: suspended when someone leaves and deleted within 1 year. Location points are kept only for the duration of the delivery run and its completion record.

သင့်အချက်အလက် မိတ္တူ၊ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ဖျက်ခြင်းကို တောင်းဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။ အောက်ပါ အီးမေးလ်ကို ပို့ပါ၊ ရက် ၃၀ အတွင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။ သို့သော် စာရင်းကိုင်/အကောက်ခွန်အရ ထိန်းသိမ်းရမည့် မှတ်တမ်းများကို ကာလပြည့်မှ ဖျက်နိုင်ပါသည်။

You may ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion. Email us and we will act within 30 days. Records we are legally required to retain for accounting or customs can only be deleted once that period ends; we will tell you when that is.

ကလေးသူငယ်များအတွက် မဟုတ်ပါ — ဤအက်ပ်ကို အလုပ်ခွင်အတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုပါသည်၊ အသက် ၁၆ နှစ်အောက် မည်သူ့ကိုမျှ တမင် အချက်အလက် မစုဆောင်းပါ။

Not for children — this is a workplace tool and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
